Personal Life Code Matrix
A personal Life Code Matrix is a six hour one on one program that gives you the opportunity to discover your unique inner code and connect to the best of who you are.
People who have done a personal Life Code Matrix find a new joy about themselves and their life.1 This often leads on to life changing results.
What actually happens?
You get to know your inner life code:
What would you say if someone asked you “Who are you?” Most people would find it hard to answer that question but our inner code gives us our foundation for living. It gives us a sense of what our boundaries2 are, and a sense of what is right or wrong. It gives us our unique personality, and defines who we are.3
However, from our personal subjective situation, it is very difficult to put into words ‘who’ we are. It’s not what we do, or what our relationships are.
Knowing who we are, being able to define what is meaningful and important to us, gives us a sense of confidence and relief.4 What other people see in us is often our faults and we are usually our own biggest critics. So the wonderful unique characteristics we all have get buried and disappear from our consciousness under our own self-doubt. It seems often the more successful, beautiful and talented we are, the more we doubt ourselves.
Uncovering these unique characteristics through a direct conversation about them would be difficult and probably wouldn’t happen.
Connecting to our six senses:
During the Life Code Matrix process, we explore what is meaningful to your six senses and the unique truth of who you are, is very quickly revealed5.
What you respond to through your senses over your lifetime doesn’t change very much, unlike your feelings, which fluctuate constantly, so the Life Code Matrix program begins with an exploration of your six senses.
The six senses are a path to our heart and a map of our world. The tricky thing is to find the path, and understand the map! And that is exactly what Life Code Matrix is designed to do!
Character Qualities:
There are many character qualities used throughout our lives that participate in creating our inner life code. Honesty, love, faithfulness, dependability, generosity, courage, patience to name just a few. Most people are not even aware that they are using those qualities on a daily basis just being who they are. Affirming those qualities in ourselves and seeing how they have developed our inner life code is confidence building and part of the Life Code Matrix experience.
How does my inner life code fit into the matrix of my world?
Our inner code is being tested constantly by the world around us. In the Life Code Matrix program we check out how your inner code is interacting with the matrix of what is around you. For example; how much you are being yourself within your relationships with family, friends, and work-mates. Very quickly it is easy to see the areas you are strong and content in, and the areas where you have gaps that need to be addressed. You can see from the matrix result if you need to become more balanced, and if your life is aligned with your own code.
There is something very powerful about having a definition of yourself and knowing your inner strengths.6 Not only does it give a sense of confidence, but it also can be really helpful in defining what the best choices are for you in relationships and your choice of occupation.
Outcomes
Doing a Life Code Matrix can re-align you with the things that are meaningful and that bring you joy. That then gives you a positive framework to operate from and a choice to be who you are and not feel that your life is dictated by circumstances.
You will discover a balance between your inner world and what you do, and this leads to a clear sense of how to achieve your goals in life, whatever they may be. The outcomes can be:
- Positive balance between work and home life.
- On-going connection to what is meaningful.
- Confidence in yourself.
- Discovering your strengths and learning how to operate from them.
- Whole person aliveness. (spiritual, emotional, physical, social, intellectual).
- Knowing who you are – (the person we least know is often ourselves).
- Clarity about what is most meaningful to you.
- A renewed connection to your primary relationships.
- True alignment with what you are most passionate about. (Passion is our strongest driver and motivator).
- You receive a resource workbook that contains all the detail of your unique Life Code Matrix experience.

Testimonial
"Thank you for your Life Code Matrix programme. Although outwardly I might appear to be a ‘successful’ person, I had reached a significant low in my life prior to undertaking the LCM.
Having completed the LCM, I was inspired to forge ahead with my life with renewed vigour and passion. The LCM effectively provided a blueprint of me – set out in a spiritual, physical and emotional life code. It encapsulated my fundamental values, beliefs and aspirations (at this point in my life). Furthermore, it provided a visual image of these core factors, which enabled me to realise that I am a person of worth. In conclusion the LCM has changed my life. I can now rely on the code whenever required to remind me of who I am, what I want from life and where I am going."

General Information
Why do we run dry and lose our positivity?
There are many reasons why we lose our confidence and joy for living. For example, being under pressure because of the ‘should’s’ in our lives that we don’t really feel aligned with. Being dogmatic and angry about issues. Feeling cynical about life because of the circumstances we have experienced. Feeling crushed by events out of our control. Losing hope, or perhaps just feeling hollow and disappointed with life. Being let down by people we had faith in, or letting ourselves down.
The matrix of our life is now more complex than ever before. The stress of coping with constant change. The challenge of keeping a balance between work and home life.
The question is how do we find centeredness, and the energy to stay on top?
Being motivated lasts for a while, but sooner or later the motivations run out and we find ourselves back to where we started.
It is only by staying in tune with ourselves that we can be in tune with the world we deal with every day.
We easily connect to our fears, and not so easily to our positive self.
Have you ever had a great day, and in the middle of it, someone made a nasty comment and it felt like the whole day was ruined? Why is it that one little thing like that can destroy our sense of happiness? Is there a way to have stability in ourselves so that we have a centre point to base ourselves on so that we don’t get rocked by the smallest thing?
Staying within our positive self is a choice, and a choice that is easier if we consciously make it. We can do this when we know ourselves really well, and have a foundation that is solid.
