Life Code Matrix House Model For Success And Positivity.

Whether you are thinking about your personal life, work life or business, an easy metaphor that will help to frame your success, is to think of yourself or your business like a house. It has to have stable foundations, strong walls that hold the house up, and a roof that provides inspiration as well as protection – an arc over everything you are, and what you do.

FOUNDATIONS:
 
We need to ensure we have a strong foundation for the house to stand on. 
 
Being solid in ourselves means having a strong sense of self worth; this will give you confidence in yourself and in your business. Self-belief is the cornerstone of self-esteem. Our self-esteem is based on who we believe we are, who we have become, and how we think of ourselves. If we don’t have a positive sense of ourselves, it is hard to see the good in others and be a strong link in a team of people. We teach others the way we want them to treat us. 
 
The foundations are also made up of our strengths, values and our value system. Shared positive values create a strong team. We can only ‘fake it till we make it’ for a short length of time. It has to be real.
 
Character qualities in ourselves are an important part of ‘who’ we are, or our foundation. Being responsible, respectful, loyal, real and trustworthy people means that those same qualities will be reflected in whatever organisation we are part of.
 
If we don’t know ‘who’ we are, don’t know our values and strengths, or have awareness of what character qualities are important to us, we can build a very weak house that may fall over when the inevitable challenges that happen in business, work and life occur. A weak self-awareness and lack of understanding of ourselves will be reflected in inadequate relationships at home and at work.
 
WALLS:
 
The walls are what hold up the house, and they can come in many different forms and colours. It is the variety that makes the house look attractive to others and stand out amongst its neighbours. Think of the walls of the house as your relationships, family, partners, workmates and customers. 
 
We need good communication skills and positive relationships to build and fully embrace success. This is the glue that develops meaningful relationships and business deals, and keeps the walls of the house upright.
 
Sturdy trustworthy support walls are needed for a strong house. It is important to have support in our personal life as well as in any business and work endeavour.  This support often needs to be nurtured and initiated to happen. It won’t necessarily happen  spontaneously.  Support also offers the gift of accountability in a safe environment of care. We need it to have success, and we need it in the hard times.
 
Our success personally or in any business or work, depends on the quality of our communication. Success in business and positive work environments are often built on ‘who’ we know not ‘what’ we know. Good communication skills are learnt; they are not always a natural part of us. No one becomes a good listener without practice. 

ROOF:
 
An inspiring vision for our own life, or for the business or organisation we are with, is vital to feeling positive about what we are doing. To work well, team members need to share the same vision. 
 
If who we are as a person is in alignment with our strengths and the work we do, it is easy to feel passionate about our job and getting results.
 
Goals are important to making our vision a reality, but if our goals are not in alignment with ‘who’ we are and our true vision of the future, they will always be a struggle to achieve. In this sense, the roof and the foundations of our building have to be in unison – or the house will fall apart. When our goals are matched with our truest self, they unfold easily to create our vision.

Life Code Matrix House Model Program

The LCM House Model program is a half day process for groups or teams of up to 35 people with a common purpose.  During the program the group will build relevant 'house' models for their own team, their clients or customers and the wider organisation or business they may be a part of.  It is preferable but not essential that all group members have completed a Personal Life Code Matrix prior to participating in the LCM House Model Progam.

Cost

Costs for LCM House Model Program facilitation are negotiated on a case by case basis.
