What is involved?

Prerequisites
All candidates interested in becoming accredited Life Code Matrix facilitators must have completed a Personal Life Code Matrix.

Interview
All prospective canditates must attend an assessment interview to determine their suitability to train as Life Code Matrix facilitators.

Personal Character Qualities, Skills and Abilities
There is a level of personal development required for someone to be competent and successful as a Life Code Matrix facilitator. Everybody is different and no one is perfect. The skills and abilities listed below are employed, taught and enhanced throughout the training process. However a reasonable competency and aptitude in many of the areas listed below is necessary to gain the maximum benefit from the training program.

Character Qualities
Personal stability, non judgemental, not aggressive or confrontational, empathetic, sense of humour, openness to the unknown.

Abilities
To be empathetic with objectivity, visually creative, able to work outside the parameters of what you know, able to stand in someone else’s shoes.

Skills
Listening skills, observation and interpretation of body language, language skills, accurate reflection skills, mirroring, being comfortable with being uncomfortable, analytical skills, comfortable with waiting for people to find their own answers, perceptive interpretation of what is not being said, time management skills, non discriminatory facilitation, self analysis, comfortable with affirmations.

The Program
The three day training programs are conducted in the Life Code Matrix training facility in Auckland or at an appropriate client sponsored venue.

Training programs are limited to a maximum of six people per program. An optional half day program focussing on marketing is available on completion of the three day program.

Lunch and refreshments are provided as part of the program at the company’s Auckland facility.

Life Code Matrix training is experiential and participants will have observed and conducted a Life Code Matrix by the end of the three days.

At the end of the training a facilitator will be competent to take an individual through all aspects of the Personal Life Code Matrix process.

Accreditation
An accreditation certificate will be presented to facilitators who have successfully completed the training program and have submitted proof of ten completed Life Code Matrix programs with clients. Once this has been provided the certificate will be issued at a review session with an already qualified Life Code Matrix facilitator.

Optional refresher programs will be provided bi-annually for accredited Life Code Matrix facilitators.

Three day Personal Life Code Matrix training program - $2000 + GST*
Optional half day marketing module - $330 + GST*
Half day Partnership Life Code Matrix training program - $660 + GST**
One day Team Life Code Matrix training program - $1000 + GST**

One day Life Code Matrix House Model training program - $1000 + GST**

**Facilitators must have completed the Personal Life Code Matrix training prior to undertaking Partnership,Team or House Model Life Code Matrix training.
